Chevy 396ci / 550hp LT1 Long Block

The 396/520 LT1 is a strong running street performance engine that produces a ton of low end torque and great mid range horsepower. It runs on 91+ octane pump fuel and has good street manners.

Block: Thermally cleaned and Stainless Steel Shot.  Inspected by MPI process.  Zero decked, bored, honed with torque-plates and pressure washed. Durabond cam bearings and pioneer brass freeze plugs installed.
4-bolt main caps and ARP main studs.

Rods: Scat 4340 forged steel I-beam, 6” length, floating pin

Dyno Service: We will run the engine on our in house dyno for a full break in. Includes the following services:

Two oil changes using Joe Gibbs Break In oil and three oil filters, retorque all fasteners and adjust rockers, provide full dyno graphs listing all engine vitals.
